    Horrible customer service and liars. I ordered my products in Jun, today is the 9/7/20 of Sept and I still don’t have my package. I’ve sent numerous emails to get a response I’ll check into it. I received an email with a tracking number the package still has not been received by the post office. I receive packages almost everyday. I’ve gotten packages from other domestic places with no problem.. Last email I sent was requesting a full refund. My edges aren’t bad I have good hair. This is the second order they messed up. The first order I did receive but sent to the wrong address. They have definitely lost a customer here. They wonder why not to many people support black owned businesses I even gave them a second chance only to not receive my products at al this time.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    Horrible customer service and liars. I ordered my products on the 29th of Jun, today is the 6th of Sept and I still don’t have my package. I’ve sent numerous emails with no speedy response and only to say I’ll check into it. I eventually received an email with a tracking number however as of today the package still has not been received by the post office. There’s no reason even with COVID, that my package should take almost 3 months to receive from Ohio to Virginia. Mind you, I’ve gotten packages from other domestic places with no problem. This was/is the worst experience ever. Last email I sent was requesting a full refund. I’ll find something else that’ll work for my edges. They have definitely lost a customer here. I’ll be filing a claim with my bank for never receiving my product. This place is horrible. And ppl wonder why it’s hard to support our own, companies like this. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    Worst customer service and the edge control doesn’t even work that well! I wanted to support a black-owned business and try this product, but never again!

    I placed my order and then received the confirmation email which stated to please allow 7-14 business days for processing due to COVID. 🤔🤔 That’s something you let customers know BEFORE placing the order.

    So I decided to be patient, but my order took about a month and a half to be received. I emailed and complained, but got very little help. They couldn’t even provide an ETA! One day I joined one of their Instagram lives and they were complaining about “USPS slowing them down”. Meanwhile there were a bunch of comments also inquiring about delivery ETAs. They claimed they were sending the orders out in batches based on the date you placed your order. They also claimed all June orders had been sent out, which I knew was a lie because I didn’t receive tracking. I mentioned that I had placed my order over a month ago and asked for an ETA. One of the young lady’s from Arcani looked at my comment and responded “there’s always someone in the chat being negative”. Excuse me? This is how you address valid customer complaints???

    Then I finally received my order at the end of July (the order was placed early June). And I noticed there was a stamped date from the post office which was only 4 days prior to my delivery date. So obviously Arcani was just extremely behind, but refused to take ownership.

    Not to mention my edges still lift rather quickly with this! I have to use gel as well and hope that it works. I’m very disappointed and will never make a purchase here again. They seem to be very aware of the complaints but choose to ignore them.
