We are messaging our customers to update everyone on how we are handling the COVID-19 shut down. We are doing our very best to update our processing times on the website but this has also been very challenging to get right. Right now we are seeing roughly 4-week delays but in some cases, it is a few days more than that. Many of you may know we are based in Dayton, Ohio. Though our state is under a stay at home order we have been granted the ability to stay open as we are an essential business. We have been working relentlessly to get out every single order that is placed, and within our posted processing time of 10-14 business days. Unforutnately we have now hit the point where our small business is being affected by this virus. All of our products are hand made and bottled, we have been notified today that essentially all plastics in the United States are on back order. We felt the need to send this message to give our customers the chance to decide how we can accomodate you during this time. This was a very tough decision to make but we felt it was best. During this time our team will still be fulfilling orders, doing production, organizing etc to ensure our team stays employed during this time, processing will just be a little longer. We are asking for your patience and understanding. Please be assured that we are shipping every single order placed on our site. What we are offering is a 50% off code in your package for this inconvenience To reiterate, processing times are roughly 4 weeks currently. We are printing shipping labels as a way to assign an order to our inventory. If you see a shipping label was created with no movement that means your order was attached to our stock as a way to reserve it. Once it goes on the USPS truck you will get an update that it left our facility. If your order is not at least 4 weeks old, please do not email for an update. We are doing our very best to answer thousands of emails per day.
