How long does it take to receive my package?

Our shipping policy is 7-10 business days for processing. Due to supply chain issues out of our control. After processing, THEN your product will be shipped based on the shipping that you selected. Business days are Monday – Friday with the exception of Federal holidays. (Federal holidays include all holidays where the United States Postal Service is closed – New Years, MLK, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas, etc.)

Ex. Order placed on Saturday August 1, 2020. Monday, August 3, 2020 is day 1 of processing; your order will leave our warehouse by Friday, August 7, 2020 (at the latest) and will then be shipped at the pace you selected. First class mail averages 1- 3 day delivery.

Does the edge control turn white in my hair?

The Enthroned Edges does not turn white in your hair unless it has not dried. Please make sure for best results that you use the product on clean hair that you rub the product in until it is dry. DO NOT APPLY ON TOP OF OIL

Can I return the product or get a refund?

​​​​​​We do not accept returns or exchanges. We will refund your order once you return the package to us and we are in receipt of it. Absolutely NO REFUNDS on opened packages or used product.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reship fee listed on our website. Arcani is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS or FedEx. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!

My package was damaged, lost or stolen, what are my options?

Route Protection is an option that is selected at checkout. This will insure your purchase with them. You will receive an email directly from Route Protection that will explain their claims process.

Arcani Coil Care is not responsible for any loss, stolen or damaged packages.

Are your products only for people with natural hair?

Arcani Coil Care products promote healthy hair and can be used on all hair types.
